- Restaurant owners: your name, restaurant name, category, address (state, city, locality, pincode), phone number, email, login details, chosen package, and payment status and reference.
- Referral partners: your name, contact details, referral code, referred restaurants, commission records and any payout details you provide.
- Guests who order: the table number, the items you order, order and payment status, and any name or phone number you choose to enter.
- Contact and signup forms: the details and message you send us.
- Menu content: photos, videos and descriptions that restaurants upload.
- Technical data: basic device, browser and IP information, and logs needed to run and protect the service.
2. Payments
Online payments are made on PayU’s secure page. We receive confirmation details such as the transaction reference, amount, status and the contact details you entered. We do not receive or store your full card, net banking or wallet credentials.
3. How we use your information
- to create and run your account and the ordering service;
- to confirm payments, activate and renew packages, and calculate referral commission;
- to show orders to the kitchen, waiters and the restaurant owner in real time;
- to answer your questions and send service messages;
- to keep the service secure, prevent fraud and meet legal duties.
4. Who we share it with
- The restaurant you order from, which sees the orders placed at its tables.
- Service providers that help us run the service, such as our payment provider (PayU), hosting and file storage.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Storage and security
Your data is stored on servers used to run the service. We take reasonable steps to protect it, but no online system is completely secure. Please choose a strong password and keep it private.
6. How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed for accounting, legal and dispute purposes. You can ask us to delete your data, subject to those needs.
7. Cookies, storage and third-party content
The site may use your browser’s storage to keep you signed in and to remember basic settings. Our pages also load fonts, images and scripts from third-party services such as Google Fonts and content delivery networks, which can receive your IP address when they serve those files.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or withdraw consent for its use. Write to us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Our registration and partner services are for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children for those services.
